We are writing to thank you and your husband/business partner, Jeff, for the fine job you
did in selling our home in San Diego Country Estates. As you know, we had our home
on the market for two years with various "top selling" real estate agencies,
both local and out-of-town. None of these agents had any success in selling our home, and
did little to market it.
When we listed our home with
you, however, our experience was quite the opposite! You actually marketed our
home continually, until it sold within months! We were extremely impressed with
your up-to-date knowledge of the market and profession, your superior communication skills
keeping us updated weekly, as well as your excellent rapport with numerous members of the
community and of your profession. In addition, you closely monitored as our house was in
escrow to make sure everything went smoothly and escrow closed as scheduled.

in 1978 from Rochester, NY. In addition to Real Estate, Jeff has an extensive background
in construction and is a licensed general building
contractor.

My name is Melinda Farkas and yes I am Hungarian (how did you know it?)
Naturally I do speak the Hungarian language, since I was born and raised there. (I can
also manage some English and just a few words of Russian).
I came to the U.S. in 1986 and moved to Ramona in 1988. Ramona is a great community to
live and raise our kids. As I often say, Ramona is the center of the Universe. I am a
proud mother of Timy, who is 8 years old, and my stepson Jason, who is 18. Since I am a
long time resident of Ramona, I know the area very well. Whatever you are looking for (if
